OK Foods refund policy
I purchased a crossword book (printed October 2021, although I did not know that at the time) at OK Bazaars in Melkbosstrand on 10 January 2022 for R 63.00. When I got home I realised I already had this edition. I thought it was a new one, as it was quite a while ago that I first purchased it. When I returned it to OK on 17 January 2022, they said I cannot get a credit/refund as it was already 7 days since purchase.

21 Jan 2022, 11:59I received the above response, and a phone call, but, that's where it ended. No other contact, although I was promised resolution. Just let me know either way! Yesterday I spent almost R 1,300 at PnP. Most of that could have been spent at OK!! I used to spend thousands a month at OK, which is now lost. And that loss to you for a R 63 refund, and you get the magazine back. Short sighted I would say.
