OK Foods,Oakdale,Bellville,CHILDREN SCREAMED AT STORE BROUGHT TO STANDSTILL

<p>My children and I popped into OK Foods on our way home.Straight to the Pet isle for Special on Pet blankets,grabbed 4x after forgetting it when shopping last.Then to the rusks.On our way back up the isle to the tillpoint the Security brushes past me and verbally attacks my 10year old daughter and 7year old son!!!Shouts and screams at them asking where is the bottle they have ******!!!My heart fell to the ground as NEVER EVER EVER EVER speak to my children in this tone of voice or at all?!And what on earth are you on about?We have shopped in this store daily since opening!He just started shouting at me too!!!Went straight to the Manager who I informed of incident and accusations made as this is a serious offence to falsely make.My daughter had her bottle from school with her.It was a red Tropika bottle and no Tropika in as bottle was just reused,filled with quali juice.They were playing with it and one of them put it on the shelve.This they should see clearly when watching CCTV footage that she walked in with it and that we werent even in the colddrink isle and have security tape items at door instead of attackimg customers and scaring them away.My daughter had been traumatised and this for shopping what we thought to be a child friendly store.Yes my kids should have kept it and put it in the bin outside and I have addressed this with them but then you mannerly alert the parent and don't get all hyper and accuse customers and scare children and bring a store to standstill!I was said sorry and apologised <span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">by 3 x Managers but damage has been done.Goodbye OK foods as my children and I don't feel safe in your store.Luckily many stores which are family friendly close by and keep to their promises and have sufficient stock when Specials arise plus if they don't have it you can get a rain check and their staff is helpful caring and it's safe!!!</span></p>
