OK FOODS COMMANDO WELKOM

On the 28-06-2026 i wanted to buy biltong at OK FOODS COMMANDO at 1 LANGENHOVEN JAN CILLIERS PARK, WELKOM. I selleck 2 pieces of biltong and request the teller to re-weight the biltong. She said she is not allowed and told her to call the owner or manager. The guy that come i think he is the owners son said he will not re-weight it ,that is the price take it or leave it. I explain to him that the price that is on the biltong was price when it was wet now the biltong is very dry so their will be a difference. About a month before i had the same request and the lady ,i think it was the owers wife , help me and the price on the biltong was R105 and after she weigh it was R82 there was a difference of R23 that i show her.. Then he tells me i am not allowed in his store and that is the third time i complain. That tells me there was people before me that complain about the same thing . The price on window of biltong rack is R349/kg , if i want it re-weight he must make the price R500. I said then put it like that on the window.He was very arrogant and in my eyes that is *****ing from people. Ok is a francehouse but their prices different from other Ok shops.
