OK foods can't sell products that is on shelfs

I wanted to buy my sick mom some ensure. The shelf are fully stocked with the small and big tins of ensure. I asked the lady how much is the big tin just to be told the product is not for sale because it has not been uploaded on the system. This is not the first problem I encountered with this store!!!!!
