Ok Food Colesburg

Good day,

On the 29th of July 2021 Thursday I went to OK food Colesberg and wanted to exchange my Soda stream 60L cylinder for a refill and paid in full for R469.00 for the refill. I did query it with the Manager Jolan and he said that the staff was not supposed to accept the refill as he has no communication with Soda Stream and that a third party is in contact with Soda Stream. And he refused to reimbursed me. (Please note I’m on the farm 55km from Colesberg)

I went on the Soda Stream Website its state that due to Covid 19 all staff are currently working from home and can only be contacted via email or whatsapp,

(Unfortunately this page - Hello Peter) does not allow me to copy the website from Soda Stream to show as proof that Soda Stream agents can only be contacted via email or whatsapp)

I then contacted an agent via whatsapp, (Friday 2021/07/30) (This is the communication between me and the Soda Stream Agent and as state before this site does not allow me to copy the actual whatsapp) "Do you have the receipt? Is it the model 60L cylinder that you have?"

I did forward the receipt to the Agent

"Sodastream RSP for a 60L refill is R165. The empty return for a 60L is R230."

"I will forward this on to our key accounts manager."

"I have forwarded the messages to our Key accounts manager. Sonet Boyter. ***. She will contact the store. Once I have feedback. I will revert back to you, regarding the way forward" Monday 3rd of Aug 2021 I went to OK Colesberg and spoke to the Manager Jolan, in connection with the reimbur*****t, at first he said he never spoken or have the contact number of Sonet Boyer the Key Account Manager, (see above mentioned whatsapp they did communicate), I insisted on my reimbur*****t and then the manager pick up his phone and call Sonet directly. (He said he did not have her number) The Manager Jolan said I will be the last person (not customer) he will reimbursed as he have no communication with Soda Stream and in future I have to go to Bloemfontein to get the Soda Stream Cylinder refilled.

And there is no other shops in Colesberg that provide Soda Stream Refills or the new Cylinders.

I'm very unhappy with the OK foods Managers Jolan customer service or the lack off
