OK at Total secunda
For a 3rd time now i received very bad service form Floor personell as well as management from OK foods at Total garage in Secunda, i knocked over a broom that was standing in the way by accident, almost emmediatly a worker working there tells me to look where im going and that i must pick up the broom, very rude, now in the first place it is no place for a broom to be standing, what if i got hurt, or baybe someone else!!!Reported it to the Manager and again he is just very sorry without any action.OK in town can go and learn what is customer service at the new OK at Silkaatskop and how to treat customers.Dont think i want to visit this OK at Total garage, very bad personell and no training how to handle a customer!!
