Not OKay with your service
I was at the OK express schelpels Goodwood, and was served by such a rude staff member who never notified me in which Que should stand in when redeeming my Lotto ticket , this lady told me after waiting 20 minutes that she won't help me as I am standing in the Incorrect line , when I arrived she told me I should wait at the Machine , after addressing it with her she said she won't help me.
