No customer service at all.

On the 29/10/205 I bought chicken stew at Ok Foods Columbine Crossing at 16:05 as this is where I buy most of groceries , I decided to just buy their chicken stew I paid got home quickly dished up and left for my other errands. When I got home my daughter was in the toilet complaining about the worn out stew gave her meds, I called the store the following day the lady I spoke promised to give the store manager my details to return my call but dololo. I called them again Saturday because my son was ill now but no avail even today none is picking the phone up. I'm really disappointed in this kind of customer service 1/10.
