No accountability

Asked for R500 electricity was given R500 water spoke to management who gave me the finger Camera shows me giving piece of paper whichc had the meter no on it it also shows the teller turn it over and use the water no She says I did not specify in other words I handed R500 over with a piece if paper and said nothing. What *******!
