No access

Was at the Kwa Thema Ok liquorshop. .I'm a paraplegia and the was no access at the door. I'm using my card to pay yet I have to give it to someone . Are u saying just because I'm in a wheelchair I'm not supposed to buy liquor????. ..this service is extremely poor
