Nasty Attitude for a receptionist

I have never received such a terrible assistance within the telecommunication industry.<br> This woman speaks as if she's trying to charm somebody or like I'm proposing marriage to her.<br> I calling in to get auth number for one of their store's and i could not hear the last four numbers and when i asked her to repeat. She hanged up on me. I called back 4 times and she kept on dropping the call.<br> The 5th time she answered.
