Most disrepectful OK in Mowbray

<p>Words can't describe how disgusted I am by the service I received today at OK mini market in little Mowbray. I went to order some chicken for my son's lunch, the lady told me it will be ready in 4 minutes. I said okay. I went back after four minutes but there was a queue which I patiently stood in. It was eventually my turn and I told the lady once again " two drum sticks please" she blatantly ignored me and served the guys behind me. I checked to see and the griller for the chicken was off already so I knew the time was perfect. Then once he was done with that customer I asked once again for two drumsticks. The lady then took the two drumsticks and before she even put it in the packet, I nicely asked for a styrofoam container as it was for my son. She then told me oh no we don't put it in those containers only in packets. I then said okay I saw another lady have bacon in one can I have one slice of bacon so that I can get a styrofoam container to put the chicken in. She then walked away and told her peer to go help me. I then complained to the manager who " instructe" her to dish out but she was nonchalant and her peer walked to the manager. I then went to the manager to ask what is happening with the chicken to which he came to the back and asked. They then took out a small styrofoam container to which the other worker told her in Xhosa no give her a big one, for crying out loud o felt this was provocation because it's just two pieces. I told the lady twice can I please have a small one and she just ignored. I am so disgusted with the kind of behaviour. How do you let such nasty people deal with customers. I will never ever shop at the store again! By the way I had to tell them before they had expired baby food on the shelves. The cashier's in the afternoon/ night are super sweet but this morning was the first and last.</p>
