MISSING MONEY AND RUDE STAFF

On friday 6th Dec 2024 We where at Ok Foods in Eastlynn Jan niemand park. We asked then to check how much is in the SASSA account the advice the amount. We withdraw R1340 from cashier and she was so busy talking to her friends she told us to remove the card without checking her system because she was to busy with her conversation. The transaction was declined and theybchecked the money was withdraw from SASSA account. SASSA advice the shop must check the moneybis with them on their banking. We talked to a lady names Isabel she was very rude rolled her eyes and got a bad attitude she said on one hand she does not know if the cashier balanced and in the same breath she said she was. Another guy assumed the manager they cannot find the money we must wait because the use an outside company with the banking process and still nothing happened. We cannot get the money back because the dont know what happened and is to busy talk to their friend to help the old people. Please help me.
