I went to ok on Tues...

I went to ok on Tuesday to collect a cash send cause the standard bank atm was not working so I went in to collect the cash instore,the Cashiers didn't even greet she just responded "I don't have money" this was a R200 I was collecting and she did not even go through trouble to get the money no custermor service at all...I just want to know how does a store like that don't have a 200r...this is unacceptable!!!!
