Horrible Service

<p>I went to OK in Mafikeng, when I was at the butcher area, I was told to get in a queue, which I don't mind. When my turn comes I place an order for some chuck and worse only to be told that I will be given the chuck but I will have to firm another queue to get the worst. Why do I have to follow two queues in the same storeffect, in the same food items? The manager has the nerve to tell me that I'm happily shopping while her people work. Am I the person who placed them there or did they not apply for the job? Why do you want us to feel sorry for you for doing the job you app****o for?</p>
