Great follow-up Service

I had a complaint about OK Foods at Kommando Park in Welkom. Their milktart that I bought was not up to standard and I placed a complaint on hellopeter.

Mr Ruan Van Der Walt, from OK Foods, phoned me back afterwards and gave me an opportunity to give my opinion. He listened and undertook to have it followed up as soon as possible. What a super gesture, Ruan. That is what I call service. I understand one cannot cater for all fetishes, but at least he tried. for that you and your store and your new store score 110%!
