False advertising

Had an adverti*****t for C***** 800g cheese for R99.99 assorted. However when I took the c***** 800g tussers to pay, the price did not change. I asked for the manager and they said that the tussers is not part of the promotion. Upon telling the manager about the advert and the ticket in the department, he still insisted its not part of the promo. So I have then contacted their customer care at after 4pm and the lady was out of office and she will give me a call the next day, I have since called them twice more and no one has called me back or followed up.

The frustration is, they have advertised the products incorrectly which is misleading a customer
