Was served by Thuli at OK Foods Vincent and my husband left his purse at home, told him to fetch my handbag from the car, opened it and my purse was also at home. This wonderful lady said not to worry, we know you so well, I will pay for it and you refund me when you come again which she did with her card. As a retired Bank Manager, I would have Thuli on my team anytime.
