Double-charge not refunded

I was incorrectly double-charged by OK Foods in Meyerton and sought assistance to resolve the issue. However, I was informed that the manager's absence prevented any further assistance. On my next visit, I was advised to obtain printed banking statements, requiring me to take time off work and incur additional expenses, despite the error being attributed to OK.
