Dissatisfied customer

Hi I am shopping with them (Gleemore Athlone) for a while now previously it was owned by another owner and about 2years I think it is under new management- my complain with them is that if they have to round off the money to the nearest 10c they don’t do that - they rather pay you short than giving you the change anything between 1-9cents it might sound a little however if they do it to about 100 people to 150 per day and I heard how the other people also complain - the government has now advice that they should round off your change to 10c not them That is my first complain My 2nd one they have the reward card system nation wide and that was not in working order for more than 3months now - I get the balance on my phone that I can’t use here or I have lost out on rewards points that I could have been mine I really need someone to get back to me
