Disgusting & very much poor service filled with disrespect & name calling by Ok express Ngwelezane "Supervisor"

So today at Ok express Ngwelezane, went in to lay a complain about a tray of snow ***** that had expired way before it due date. I was mocked & made fun of by a guy named Thulani who i was sent to by a security guard who said is going to help me with my complain & another staff lady who Thulani said she is going to help him resolve the issue, but instead they did nothing to help me with, they kept on laughing & mocking me. At the end the lady asked for the receipt of which i had disposed of at home not not knowing what the out come will be, she said they can't refund me due to that, but the barcode & Ok sticker is there & it was not like i had bought it last week or a month before. After all the disrespect they showed towards me Thulani went as far as to shout something about me being paranoid or crazy to his staff in the store filled with customers & other staff. I was so angry & furious, the other lady staff told him that i was still in the store & i heard what he said & he said he doesnt care of which he even acted out with the hand gesture that states that he does not care if i heard him or what. Before i exited the store i told him i heard what he said but he didn't even give me a time of day, ignoring me like i was a nobody & half of the staff laughed at me. I'm furious & very much dissappointed at their services
