Disappointed

On the 17th January 2021 i approached OK foods mafikeng as always (a loyal customer) to do my grocery shopping, due to the covid 19 pendemic we are required to que outside when a group comes out a group of people goes in due to the floor space as well i didnt que out side due to the fact that i was accompanied by 2 females one being disabled and the second one pregnant they both cannot sit or stand to long, we did our rounds in the store we then proceeded to pay, i then saw a OK foods general worker i then approached him and told him that we cannot que due to the fact that im accompanied by 2 females one being disabled and the second one being pregnant He than said i should proceed to the managers desk and mention it to them, i did so and upon arrival at the managers desk i explained my situation, a lady manager then said to me "you are making my work difficult (rudely) and why did those 2 females not stay at home" she then addes "they should que like everybody else" eventually we qued and a customer noticed my situation and he kindly allowed me to pass ahead of him. Im highly disappointed in OK FOODS mafikeng as a loyal customer for many years. I complained on their website aswell but it went unnoticed
