CV HANDED IN FOR WORK BUDDY BUDDY HIRING WITH NO RESPONSE FRO HQ

I recently went to give my CV in at OK FOODS Stilfontein, for a position at Overland Liquors which they where opening. To my surprise the position was never advertised and I only heard from it by word of mouth. Plus there was no closing date confirmed either. When I wanted to give my CV in I was informed by a Supervisor at OK Foods Stilfontein, that they already hired people and told me the position was closed. Seems that staff was already hired a month before hand, why would you then still take in CV? Why wasn't the position advertised? Once again It is clear, that in today society that a "buddy-buddy system" or hiring is taking place, with poor people looking for employment is shown the door after giving in CV and ever being hopeful. But that OK FOODS STILFONTEIN would rather hire present employers buddies? What a disgrace. Plus when I brought this to the attention of OK HEADOFFICE, I still have not received a answer or a call from them, after asking me for my contact details, I am still waiting for response, after sending them a Second email, and they having my details on FACEBOOK AND IN THE EMAIL. This is just very very very very poor hiring and response from OK. Kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth!!!!
