Customer caught alight No First Aid

Very bad service!!!!! One of the customers has caught alight because of the food warmers in the shop. And NO assistance, NO first aid kit, NO first aid members. NOTHING!!! Customer is an elderly lady and had to help her self by using the fridge that the ice cream was stored to cool her hand down. The customer was also promised a call from the owner and until now nothing has been done. Not even a phone call to see if she is okay. what if next time someone's child is caught in the same situation??? will there still be no first aid available????
