Complaint

I'd like to comment OK Foods service, a lady by the name of Mmaki Mohlamane who claims to be a supervisor at OK Foods Middestad gave me a horrible service today, she's the reason I'd rather go all the way to Shoprite which is way further away from my place, I stay in a flat in the same building as OK Foods and hate visiting OK Foods because she somehow manages to be at my services all the time. I had vouchers to pay my purchases with at the store today, I was short of about R1.67, I ask her to hold my purchases whilst I ran to my car to get my bank card, upon my return she refused to swipe my card saying that the store's machine don't swipe low amounts and I should pay cash as I was holding the que, only to be rescued by a customer that the same lady was having an argument with. I know you guys can do better,
