Bad service from manager Sipho

I went to OK Foods Delarey Ontdekkers Johannesburg who had a special that ends today on their Braai wors , the gentleman at the butcher wanted to assist me however a very arrogant manager named Sipho said he wont be able to help due to he doesn't have the code for the braai wors which i feel is not professional due to the fact the special is a week , I told the manager Sipho i am going to head office to report this his response to me was I DONT CARE please help me to have this issue taken up I will not go back to OK Delarey at all and will tell friends and family that the service you get at OK Delarey is very poor as it was about a month ago
