Bad service and very rude employees

I'm writing this complaint to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I have experienced at OK FOODS Ventersdorp.

The majority of the staff employed at this store exhibit unprofessional behavior and lack basic courtesy towards customers. On several occasions, I have been treated poorly, with staff even mishandling customer goods, such as bread, which they carelessly squeeze and damage.

While I am aware that the store’s owner has sadly passed away, it is evident that he knew how to manage a business. Unfortunately, the current management, now run by his children, seem to lack any understanding of business operations. There is even a man responsible for cleaning the floors, who becomes rude to customers when they walk over freshly cleaned areas, telling them they should not walk there. It begs the question: are clean floors more important than customers who bring business to the store?

Additionally, the new management makes no effort to inspect the shelves to ensure that everything is in order. On more than one occasion, I have purchased products only to find that they were already expired.

I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the customer experience at the Ventersdorp OK FOODS store.
