Bad Service

We have been supporting OK MiniMark in Diep River Cape Town as it is convienent and nearby, on a few occasions we have been there and they are playing very loud music, shouting from the till area to the other assistant or their friends, we have complained NUMEROUS times to the manager and things are fine for a short period and then goes back to the same old way again. Today there was just one assistant on duty and the place was busy and there was no manager insight... You never see the owner / manager as they are ALWAYS inside the office... The cashiers sit behind the till reading a mag / eating and drinking can'tgreet with a smile and make you want to come back again. I rather drive further out for friendlier and better service. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE AND THEY NEED TO EMPLOY PEOPLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
