Bad food and bad attitude

I bought 2 Cornetto ice creams at the eversdal ok minimark today. We sat in the car to eat it and this ice cream was soooo old. It was iced up and crumbled to pieces. So we went back into the shop and complained with the rest of the ice creams. The managers attitude was appalling. He was so rude. Said all ice creams were fresh and replaced yesturday. So we said well these are not fresh and the flavour we had there were only 3 left. He found 1 more flavour which was all squashed flat and said here have this one for free. I spent R40 to throw my ice cream away in the shop. So we told him to keep that flat ice cream and walked out. The attitude and customer care was appalling. He didn't even appologies to us. I'm not leaving it at this because its not the money its how he treats customers. I hope to have this sorted out....
