Bad customer service from Keletso Chaba and the Lady cook

*1/5 Stars - Unacceptable Racial ************** at OK Express Northcliff*

I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the appalling treatment I received at OK Express located at 33 Beyers Naude, Northcliff, Randburg. On my recent visit, I witnessed and experienced firsthand the blatant racial ************** displayed by the cashier, Keletso Chaba, and her colleague, the cook.

What I encountered was shocking and unacceptable. The cashier and cook treated black customers with contempt, while white customers were greeted with courtesy and respect. This discriminatory behavior is not only unprofessional, but it's also hurtful and perpetuates systemic ******.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of my race. It's unacceptable for any business to tolerate such behavior, and I demand that OK Express takes immediate action to address this issue.

Until then, I will not be returning to this store and will be sharing my horrific experience with friends, family, and online platforms to ensure that others are aware of the discriminatory practices at OK Express Northcliff.

*Update:* I hope the management of OK Express will investigate this matter and take necessary actions to prevent such incidents in the future.
