Bad Behaviour and Incompetence
On the 10th of November 2018. I went to Ok... Danville looking to buy some alcohol. On the till I was assisted by a lady called..... I wanted two Castle lites and she told me my money was short of a few cents. I then bought one Castle lite. When I came back to buy the second one. I was told I owe them R2 because apparently I came to sell the bottles and not buy. I then told them to call the manager. When the manager came, he said to me that he can't assist me because I owe them R2. I was like how does that work because there's a till and I get a receipt, that's not my problem because I paid for what I bought. I then mentioned that I will report them and he mentioned laughing that where will I report him. He said I can go ahead there's nothing that will happen. He also said I'm wasting my time calling him because he has better things to do. He also said I have energy and time to play. I said to them I don't owe them anything. How can this happen in OK Madeira? There are cameras and tills and how do they allow someone to sell something in the shop? They even called four security guards saying I wanted to do something fradualent. I was thrown out of the shop because I wanted to buy. What kind of service is this? OK has been a brand for many years and this behavior is not up to standards with the OK brand. All the people who work in that shop are *********** and I have had better service from OK shops in suburbing areas. This is a disgrace to the OK brand. I have never been treated like this ever before at OK. The people there can't even count using the counter and the sad thing is that it's the only OK in Danville. The security guard let me in without any questions and the manager tells me to go report him. What happened to proper customer service. The Incompetency is on a higher note. I was humiliated by the staff and for no reason. When and where does OK give money for bottles? Communication is a very important aspect when it comes to service
