I always get what I'm looking for at OK Elto Towers and the staff is amazing! They treat you more like family. I was helped by a very patient staff member at the butchery once. I think her name is Jesmine. What a sweet person! I hope this is a reflection of how management and owners treat staff. If that's the case, they are all doing a sterling job. If not, now they know where their value is. Happy staff members will bring good business. Because they will treat customers like their own relatives.
