Wrong data package

I need assistance with mtn they gave me the wrong package which I didn’t sign up for and they don’t want to assist me to correct the package

Ohh good day i have a bad experience with mtn one of the agents called me and offer ne a contract data of 24 months which is R179 that has 50GB that i did not receive when it was time to get the data, they gave me a wrong offer which is 15GB for R179
