Unacceptable customer service

We are regular customers and have always only supported O’Galito in centurion mall. Tonight we were showed away at 18:33 and were told they close at 18:30, they then switched the open sign to closed in our face. Extremely disappointed in your customer service and attitude towards your loyal customers.
