The most horrid experience ever!!!
The most horrid experience from O'Galitos Ivy Park Polokwane where the employees are both ******* and treat customers very poorly. We were driving from Polokwane to Pretoria with my family, we made a purchase at this store for over R270, we waited for the food for over 45 min, went to othet shops and came bck to the order not ready still,when we enquired we were told we were not the only clients. Ignored this rude behavior from the teller by the name of Vivian,upon receipt of the food we proceeded to the car where we realized the order was incomplete,we went back to the store and explained and we were adressed very aggressively and told evrything was complete,upon checking they realized there were items missing. They went to what we thought was to correct the order and put in the missing items. We were obviously pressed for time and had wasted time waiting for the order so we just went to the car n drove to Pretoria,on the way we realized again that they actually removed more items. I cannot explain how disgusting this experience has been. Employees that are supposed to be representing O'Galitos brand but instead ***** from customers and on top of that speak to customers with the utmost disrespect and disregard. I need this matter escalated as a matter of urgency as this is totally unacceptable and appalling!
