Disappointing lack of customer regard

I phoned Ogalitos Woodlands to place a simple order for two, that i would pick up and take home. I was asked to hold by the lady who answered, I believe it was the hostess of the evening. I was kept on hold constantly without answer, i drove to the mall and walked into the restaurant to find the phone lying on the counter and no one caring to answer it. <br> <br> I asked for the manager, got her to answer the phone whilst holding my phone up and on speaker to show her that i was holding for 15 min, her first and only response was to say \im sorry"which is all she could really do"
