Deteriorating Service

On 21 March 2016 my daughter and I went to O'galitos Centurion for lunch. We placed our order and when the food arrived, it had hair in it. When we reported this to the waiter and manager there was no apology, instead we got excuses. To top it all, their speed-point machine was malfunctioning and I was told that my card is faulty. I had to go the ATM to withdraw money to make the payment. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had!!!
