Complaint

My sister and I had a very disappointing experience at O'Gallito's in Woodlands today. From the starter to the main. The buffalo wings were rotten even though we were assured that the wings were fresh and had come in this morning. As for the lamb shank - it looked, smelled and tasted like nothing we were promised. The dish looked and smelled like it was broiled in soup vegies which was dumped all over the meat. It couldn't, however, mask the smell of overripe meat. We couldn't finish any of the dishes we ordered and took take-aways. This, on our way to the parking area, smelt so bad that we dumped it in the nearest bin. In all our years of dining out, this was our worst experience ever.
