SA Rugby Shop Uncontactable

I purchased a jersey on the Official SA Rugby Online shop, powered by Signet Licensing. soon after ordering, I decided to cancel my order. However, ALL their contact information is unreachable. Their email address says their mailbox is full. Their telephone number with all the options either say "voicemail is full" or it rings with no answer. Their Whatsapp number no one responds to and after dialing that number as well, no one answers. Now, here I am stuck with an order I can't cancel because they are unreachable. Short of me flying from Jhb to Cape Town, (to the address they have put on their website, only God know if that's even real) I am feeling helpless on how to contact these people.
