Refund Still Not Paid After Nearly A Month

I ordered a white Springbok jersey for my son from Springbok Official Retail on 16 April 2026. The item arrived on 21 April and looked like a cheap knock-off product, so I immediately logged a return and sent it back. On 29 April I received confirmation that my refund would reflect in my account within 10 days. After hearing nothing, I followed up again on 18 May and was told that finance had been contacted regarding my refund. Since then, there has been no further communication. Today is 25 May and I still have not received my refund. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and unacceptable customer service.
