Poor Personalisation and Unprofessional Service – But Appreciated the Response

I placed an order and paid extra for personalised shirts, expecting quality and accuracy. Unfortunately, the personalisation was poorly done and looked rushed. One of the shirts had the wrong number printed — we requested number 8, but received number 6.

This was especially disappointing as the jersey was meant to be a birthday gift, and although it arrived on time, the incorrect number took away from the moment.

I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the order and shipping, and each time I called, I was transferred between several people before getting any answers. The overall experience felt disorganised and unprofessional.

After raising my concerns via email, I received a prompt and polite response from Reagan, who offered to collect and replace the incorrect jersey. I appreciated the gesture, but I declined the replacement — my intention was to highlight the issue so it doesn’t happen to another customer.

I sincerely hope the company improves its quality control and customer service processes going forward.
