Poor feedback and communication

I ordered the new white away kit for the Springboks. When receiving the shirt, it was dirty, with spotted marks on it. I then requested a return and replacement. 5 days have passed and I am yet to get any sort of feedback. First and last time I will be supporting the Official springbok shop.
