Poor customer service
Customer service is pathetic, I am communicating online for an exchange and a return for 2 tops bought online but I have not received feedback on my request

15 Aug 2025, 11:15I still haven’t received any feedback from springboks online regarding my request to exchange the tops I have bought! Really bad customer service, not evens the decency to get back to me instead leave me hanging out to dry.
