Don't bother ordering on Springbok Retail Site as you will never get your package!

Don't even bother ordering from Springbok retail! You will never get your order and when you follow up you are met with excuses and back and forth emails. You will never hear from them first as to why your order hasn't been delivered and they will make up nonsense about your address being wrong, despite the fact that your address is correct on invoice and order confirmation and every other e-commerce store you order from somehow finds your address with no hassle. I wanted to give them a 0 but unfortunately the site won't allow it! If you cannot fulfil orders, you should not be in the business of e-commerce!
