Beware of Signet Licensing (shockingly an official partner of SA Rugby)

I am utterly appalled and disgusted by the abysmal service I've experienced with Signet Licensing, an official partner of SA Rugby. This ordeal has significantly tarnished my perception of both entities. After placing an online order for a Springbok jersey, I was belatedly informed that my selected size was unavailable. They offered an alternative size, which I accepted, only to be later informed that this option, too, had evaporated, plunging me into a frustrating loop without resolution.

More shockingly, when it came to issuing a refund, they utterly failed to return the full amount that had been deducted from my account. This situation feels like outright theft as I received less money back and no product. When I attempted to escalate my grievances, my requests to speak with a supervisor were blatantly ignored. Instead, I was bombarded with lengthy emails brimming with excuses, all in a vain attempt to deflect blame and cover their tracks, further amplifying my frustration.

The fact that SA Rugby has chosen to associate itself with a company demonstrating such a profound level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly disappointing. This should serve as a stark warning to others about the risks of engaging with Signet Licensing. Stay FAR away and report it to SA rugby if you want merchandise. Just look at the other reviews.
