Couldn't be bothered

I tried various times to contact Office Talk to inquire about their ADSL packages/system for my parents in law at Olivedale Retirement Village. I phoned, emailed and was even given the MD's cell number after numerous fruitless attempts to get assistance. After leaving a message on his voicemail, he too it seems, has chosen to ignore me. I have chosen to go with iBurst.
