Friends overseas cannot get through to Olivedale retirement Village which utilises Office Talk. When I call the company to ask what prefix etc they should be dialing, I am passed between people who cannot with any cer*****y tell me the correct answer..... No one got back to me with my first problem regarding ADSL so I hold little hope anyone will respond to this.
