VERY RUDE and NOT FULLING ORDERS, BUT TAKES PAYMENT
Good Day Hello Peter, please assist us with this matter. We ordered 2x 12 tier lockers on the 22nd June 2020 online and we paid over R6000 for them. We had received no confirmation that our order was received and being attended to or paid for. We then contacted JOHAN WATSON on *** because the office line ***, is NEVER reachable. He then said that because we paid online, it was through a third party, and he would have to wait for clearance of the payment which could take up to a week.
We finally then received confirmation on the 30th June 2020 that status has changed to awaiting shipment. On the 3rd July 2020, we had still not received any lockers or status change, We then emailed JOHAN and he advised that they are still waiting for the lockers as they were not finished yet... Where on their website it states availability is 3-14 working days.
After many phone calls and begging for our lockers, JOHAN keeps promising.
This morning, 21 July 2020, we contacted JOHAN again! He then started fighting and getting rude saying that we only ordered the lockers last week and said we should give banking details so that he can do a refund and then just hang up!
We WILL NEVER recommend this man or his business!!!
We know this is the only way you seem to be able cover your backside!!! Is when people finally get tired with your nonsense and poor service, so the only way you can feel good about your self is to rant and listing peoples addresses.... Good on you!!!
Until we receive our stock/money, we will not believe a word you say!!! Please get your facts straight before trying to justify yourself on peoples reviews!
YOU HAVE NEVER SAID THAT OUR ORDER IS READY!!! Only that you have to call and find out how far it is! That is your way of running away from our phone calls! So do not try and blame COVID-19, this has never been a problem when taking orders and our money!
Please if you decide to hashtag someone! spell their business name correctly!
