Worst Business Terrible Service
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by Office Stock's unprofessional conduct. Juan and I agreed that I would pay a 50% deposit to commence the order and the remaining 50% upon delivery. However, when delivery was due, they demanded full payment before delivery, which was never our agreement. They also committed to delivering within a maximum of 14 working days, yet 24 working days have now passed with no delivery, no apology, and no meaningful communication. Johan has been rude and dismissive, and both he and Juan have ignored my calls and messages. After promising delivery on Thursday morning, they failed to arrive, leaving both my client and me waiting on site without any explanation. Their actions have damaged my credibility with my client and strained my relationship with my business partner, despite us having paid the agreed deposit. This has been one of the worst business experiences I have encountered, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and respect. I would never do business with Office Stock again, and my business partner is now considering legal action. I've been stressed for days because of these people *****edness

Amazing Service
Office Stock has really good service overall and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The sales team are very quick with sending out their quotes , they are very helpful mostly with helping to choose the correct for product for their customers. I would totally recommend!

Amazing Service

Price = SERVICE 👎🏻
Great price, very bad service! The pricing is good for the quality of the Desks, but their service is terrible. They don't reply to emails, and they sent my order with a missing desk, not telling me, and then, after a few enquiries, I was made aware it's still in production. I then asked if I could order something else and would pay more if needed. 1 reply after 3 emails. And after another two, nothing.

The worst experience I have had
The worst experience I have had. I ordered in December 2025 till date I'm still receiving the run around on what I ordered. I have not received it. Had to call countless times to check and do follow ups. The agents don't bother giving any updates what's so ever. You must constantly call them to find out what's going on. Poor service wouldn't recommend nor ever buy from them.

Highly impressed from order to delivery with customer care
I would just like to share this amazing experience I had with your company. I ordered some Rick stackers for a function at my event company . I received them super fast with great service and quick responses. Good to know there is still reputable companies in South Africa like Office stock. Definitely recommend and will always be the best choice.
