The delivered chair that never was.

The most unprofessional company I have ever come into contact with in my whole life. Not only did they lie about how far along my product was in terms of the delivery time but you have to beg them to to answer emails and give you basic feedback on your product. My product was not delivered and then my update said it was even though I gave them strict instructions to contact me before delivering, which they did not follow I do not have the product in my possession. I am in the process of suing them if you wish to be added to the action do not hesitate to find me on facebook and I will add you to my litigation action free of charge as I am an Advocate. If you want to buy office furniture and perhaps (if you're lucky) have it delivered in the next 6 months or not at all this is the company for you.
